The terms that govern a 030SALES position.

A 030SALES position is a commercial agreement under which 030 provides dedicated outbound sales capacity for a monthly fee, together with a contractual right to a share of sales commission that 030 actually collects on deals closed by the agents allocated to you.

It does not create equity, shares, units, partnership, a security, a debt instrument, a fund, a managed portfolio or a collective investment scheme. It confers no ownership, voting, dividend or management rights in 030, in any 030.GROUP company, or in any vendor whose product is sold. It is not a deposit and it is not capital protected.

Every percentage, multiple, dollar amount, deal size, close rate, market size, company count and timeline we publish, including everything shown in any case study or sample campaign, is indicative sample data prepared on stated modelling assumptions for one illustrative campaign, current at the date of publication.

Sample data is not a forecast, projection, valuation, promise, guarantee or representation of future performance, and it does not carry across to other products, markets or periods. Actual results will vary with market conditions, buyer behaviour, product, pricing, regulatory timing and vendor terms, and may be materially lower than illustrated, including nil.

Fees purchase sales capacity and management, not results. Revenue share is payable only on commission actually received and reconciled by 030 from the relevant vendor or counterparty.

If no deals close, or if commission is invoiced but never collected, or if a deal is cancelled, refunded or clawed back, no share is payable in respect of it. Fees already paid are not recoverable except as expressly stated in the signed agreement. You may receive back materially less than you paid, including nothing.

Any view we express about which campaign or product is currently most attractive is a commercial opinion based on our own market research, not advice, and it may change. You are responsible for your own commercial decision and should take independent professional advice before entering any agreement.

Statements about any vendor, delivery partner or distributor, including Marmin AI, e& CX Solutions and Redington, and any accreditation, market share, capacity, headcount or performance figure attributed to them, are based on information those parties have provided to 030 or made public, together with 030’s own market research, in each case as at the date of publication. 030 does not warrant their accuracy or completeness.

They do not imply that those organisations endorse, sponsor or are associated with 030SALES, nor that they are clients of any campaign a position holder may run.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 030, the 030.GROUP companies and their directors, officers, employees, agents and partners accept no liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind, whether direct, indirect or consequential, including loss of profit or opportunity, arising from reliance on any information we publish, including indicative sample data, third-party statements, client references and regulatory summaries.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Positions are limited by contracted floor capacity, are offered subject to contract, and are allocated on signature. Onboarding is subject to identity, sanctions and compliance checks where applicable.

030 may decline, defer or withdraw any position or enquiry, and may change prices, commission shares, minimum terms, campaign recommendations, service scope and these terms at any time before an agreement is signed. Published prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Only the signed written agreement between you and 030 creates binding rights and obligations. It prevails over this page, the 030SALES website, any WhatsApp, email or telephone exchange, and any other marketing or pre-contractual material.
